From John Springer:

Everyone talks about the weather, in fact weather has made the headlines for the past several years in its many forms and ways. However, do you know how to talk to the weather, other than cursing at it? Have you tried to shield your house and property from destructive storms? Have you asked for gentle soaking rains? Have you ever thanked the weather for providing gentle cool breezes on hot days, gentle rain on dry days, partly cloudy skies on bright days. Everyone has the ability to talk to the weather, however have you ever thank the weather in fulfilling your requests. John will share exercises and true stories about connecting with the Weather Elementals. Stop talking about the weather, learn how to work with the weather for your area and appreciate it rather than cursing it.
