During the late 1980’s Michael Dunning became extremely ill. Several years later, close to death, he was led to an ancient yew tree in the south of Scotland. Michael spent over nine years with this yew tree where he was healed and given the template for a spiritual teaching and shamanic healing practice that he refers to collectively as the Yew Mysteries. Michael immigrated to the US in 2003, and currently teaches the Yew Mysteries in the US, Canada, and the UK.
